The Birds

System: Tales from the Loop
GM: Guy Milner

You are kids, ages between 10 and 15. It is sometime in the 1980s. You live in the Mälaren Islands, a suburb on the coast not far from Stockholm, Sweden. Nothing ever happens here. Work hard at school, and you might get a job at the Facility for Research in High Energy Physics (“The Loop”) and have a comfortable life doing what your parents do. Except for that one day, in the long, hot summer of 1984, you hear the pigeons near the kiosk talk.

We’ll be using Roll20 and Google Meet with video.

Can you race against time to fix the lightning station before the cataclysmic weather rips the empire to shreds?
A 5th level 13th Age adventure of high fantasy hijinx with gnoll airship raiders, pegasus riding paladins, and insane cloud giants. Pregens provided. Hangouts and Roll20 (for dice and pictures, 13th Age is a D&D-adjacent game that isn’t about counting grid squares)

Shrine of Wintertop

System: 13th Age Glorantha
GM: Guy Milner

Strange times have come to the settlements around Kero Fin, Ernalda’s sacred mountain. Bandits attacked you on the road wearing Orlanthi temple guard robes, and now the quiet settlement of Halfway reports that none of their pilgrims that set off up the mountain this past fortnight have returned. Can you ascend the sacred mountain and clear out the chaos infestation that has corrupted it?

13th Age Glorantha combines the spear-shattering tactical excitement of D&D with free-wheeling narrative improvisation of shared-GM storygames. Glorantha is an exciting mythic world with anthropomorphic ducks in it. No knowledge of either is required.

MHRPG is a Cortex-plus Narrative comic-book RPG which emulates the furious action of the Marvel comics. If you’re a Marvel nerd, this adventure is the start of Brian Bendis’ New Avengers run. If you’re not, no problem – no prior knowledge required, and it’ll diverge pretty fast anyway.

Bandits, Bandits!

System: Pathfinder 2nd ed

GM: Guy Milner
The village of Rosecrown has always had it tough, nestled in the foothills and isolated from civilisation apart from the Rose Road through the hilly High Forest…. but it has always been able to deal with the bandit attacks around its borders. Recently, though, the attacks have grown in intensity, and they have sent word to look for stout adventurers to help their stretched militia to deal with the problem. But is it all it seems?
This is a 1st level PF2 adventure.  A straightforward introduction to a tactical system that does interesting things with an action economy and makes the most of gridded combat. No previous experience needed!
